Preeti Bhagnani is a partner in White & Case’s International Arbitration Practice.

She represents corporations and sovereigns in international commercial arbitration and investment treaty arbitration.  Her industry experience includes energy, natural resources, power, financial services, life sciences and telecommunications.  Earlier in her career, Preeti served as Legal Counsel for an international energy company, where she led the negotiation of contracts for major energy projects in the Asia-Pacific.

Preeti is admitted in New York and Singapore. She holds a Master of Laws degree from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.  She currently serves on the Global Advisory Board of the ICDR’s Young & International Group, as the North America liaison for the Asia-Pacific Forum for International Arbitration, and as a member of the Leadership Committee of White & Case’s Women’s Alliance.
