“Risk Free Registrataion” – Transition to Virtual Only & Registration Refund Policy
We are continuously and closely working with our event venue partner, Apella, as well as following official guidance to promote a comfortable, safe and enjoyable community. See our health & safety protocol. Should it be necessary for Dealmakers Forums LLC to transition the event to a virtual only experience with no in-person component, we will notify all attendees registered with the hybrid, or all-access, ticket which provides entry to the in-person and virtual event experiences.
In the event of transition to fully virtual, your all-access ticket will be automatically rolled over to a virtual only event ticket at a rate of $795, and the balance will be made available to you as credit for a future Dealmakers event. Alternatively, you may request a full or partial refund or credit to be used at a future Dealmakers event. You must submit your request in writing at [email protected] within 10 business days of the notification of transition to virtual.
Cancellations received before 30 days prior to the event start date will receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations received after this time will receive a credit with Dealmakers Forums that can be used toward a future event. No-shows will not be issued a refund or a credit.
Substitutions are allowed at any time prior to the start of the event, but the substituting individual must be approved for attendance. If the individual is not approved, the registration will be considered a cancellation subject to the cancellation policy above.
Discounts and Promotional Codes
All discounts and promotional codes must be applied at the time of payment. Discounts cannot be combined or applied retroactively to existing registrations.
Financial Aid Policy

Code of Conduct
Dealmakers Forums LLC is dedicated to providing a harassment-free event experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any venue, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter and other online media. Event participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of Dealmakers Forums LLC.
All attendees, speakers, sponsors and staff at our events are required to agree with the following code of conduct. We will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.
