Isabel Yishu Yang is the founder and CEO of ArbiLex.  Founded in 2019 with the support of the Harvard Innovation Labs’ accelerator program, ArbiLex is the first startup to bring AI and predictive analytics to international arbitration.  Since launch, its predictive underwriting technology and datasets have been used in vetting and pricing litigation finance opportunities collectively worth over $30b.  Currently, ArbiLex is building a data-driven marketplace for high-stakes litigation finance, using its in-house AI to identify winning cases and connect claimants with institutional capital to maximize their chance of success.  Isabel holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an MSc in Development Economics from Oxford University, and a BSc in Economics and Finance from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
