Since joining Law Finance Group in 2017, Grant has become a pivotal member of the management team, leading LFG’s underwriting and servicing teams and overseeing the diligence, documentation, structuring, and monitoring of all of LFG’s transactions and investments. Prior to joining LFG, Grant spent many years as a corporate litigator at Morrison & Foerster LLP in San Francisco, where his practice focused on financial services, consumer class actions, and commercial disputes. While in law school at the University of California, Berkeley, he also worked as a judicial extern in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and as a law clerk in the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office.
