Lauren Coppola is a litigator at Robins Kaplan LLP specializing in complex commercial, telecommunications, and corporate disputes. With over 18 years of experience, she practices in state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as before regulatory bodies across the United States.

Lauren’s work in telecommunications litigation and arbitration includes handling intercarrier compensation disputes, participating in FCC rulemaking proceedings, class action defense, addressing regulatory and compliance issues, and TCPA claims. She has successfully managed appeals in both state and federal courts, including a case where she secured the reversal of an FCC order before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

In commercial litigation, Lauren represents companies in various matters including contract disputes, civil RICO cases, and financial fraud. Her approach involves developing strategies based on her clients’ business operations and objectives.

Lauren’s professional achievements include being named to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court’s Pro Bono Honor Roll in 2023 and being recognized as a “Rising Star” by Law360 in 2020. She serves on the Law360 Telecommunications Editorial Advisory Board for the 2021-2024 term.

Lauren is active in several professional associations, including the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, and Women’s Bar Association. She received her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2006 and her B.A. from Vassar College in 2003.
