Kalpana Srinivasan serves as Co-Managing Partner of the litigation trial boutique Susman Godfrey.  She tries high-stakes cases for plaintiffs and defendants across the country and has secured significant victories for her clients in antitrust, intellectual property, copyright, class action, media and other disputes.

Srinivasan’s recent representations include serving as lead counsel to NBC Universal’s Universal Cable Productions in its insurance coverage dispute over costs to relocate its TV show “Dig” out of Jerusalem; acting as Court-appointed co-lead counsel for a certified class of hundreds of millions of consumers impacted by Qualcomm’s anticompetitive conduct; securing approval for a class action settlement valued at over $100mm with Spotify; and prosecuting telecommunications patents against major wireless carriers.

In 2018, Srinivasan won a $706.2mm jury verdict for HouseCanary in a misappropriation of trade secret, fraud and breach of contract case – the highest IP jury verdict in the US that year. Appeals in that matter are ongoing.
