Initially recruited by Contrarian to work on pure U.S. corporate credit, Josh’s portfolio has grown to include trade claims, offshore liquidations, international claim arbitration and enforcement, sovereign issuer negotiations and Eurobond restructurings. Recently, Josh helped lead creditor groups in the Travelport and Digicel out of court restructurings and New York and UK debt invalidity litigation associated with PDVSA and Dana Gas. Before joining Contrarian, Josh was restructuring and lending attorney in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s New York office.
