Josh Kaye is SVP and Chief Counsel for Global Contingent and Litigation Risk at Arcadian Risk Capital.  At Arcadian, he advises on all aspects of contingent and litigation risks, including risk selection, underwriting, structuring and commercial terms, policy drafting, and claims. Before entering the transactional insurance space, Josh practiced as a litigator at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, as a senior in-house lawyer at a global financial technology company, and as a law clerk in the Southern District of New York. As a litigator, he handled a broad range of matters including antitrust, securities, false advertising, constitutional, intellectual property, contract, and bankruptcy-related litigations in trial and appellate courts around the United States.
