The 5th Annual LF Dealmakers Forum will be held on September 28-29, 2022, virtually and in-person at Apella (450 E 29th St, New York, NY 10016).
We would like to communicate the significance of our health and safety protocols and precautions. We are working closely with our venue, as well as following official guidance to promote a comfortable, safe and enjoyable community. All in-person attendees must follow the protocols and precautions set forth. Non-compliance can forfeit your ticket and attendance at the event.
Due to health and safety protocols, all-access tickets (in-person + virtual attendance) for the 2022 LF Dealmakers Forum may be limited. Individuals can also purchase virtual only tickets. All tickets, or registrations, are pending until approved by Dealmakers.

We will be communicating the most up-to-date health & safety protocols to all in-person attendees prior to the event.
Within 72 hours of the start of the event, if a registered in-person attendee feels unwell or is suffering from any of the below symptoms on the “Symptoms Watchlist”, please do not attend the in-person event. Notify us in writing at [email protected], and we will transfer your all-access ticket to a virtual only ticket.
- Fever or chills
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Muscle or body aches
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting

During the event dates, September 28-29, 2022, every in-person attendee will need to provide proof of a full vaccination series, completed at least 14 days prior to the start of the event, in order to enter the event venues.
Acceptable methods for providing proof of COVID-19 vaccination include:
- CDC Vaccination Card (or photo)
- NYC Vaccination Record
- NYC COVID Safe App: Android | iOS
- Excelsior Pass
- Comparable International Proof of Vaccination Document
A negative PCR test will NOT be permitted as an acceptable method of proof for entry into the event.
During event registration and check-in, all attendees will need to present an ID that matches the acceptable vaccination document presented.
If you will not be able to show proof of a full series vaccine document (per the acceptable methods listed above), you will not be permitted entry to the event. You can still, however, access the event virtually, not positioned on the premises of the event venue.
Masking + Social Distancing + Networking
At LF Dealmakers, we are taking the necessary steps to create a fully-vaccinated, comfortable, and safe space for everyone. All attendees and staff are required to provide proof of full vaccination prior to entering the space.
We will maintain a maximum capacity and density of participants in accordance with relevant official government and regional guidance, along with current social distancing protocols being implemented at the venue. We recommend all attendees adhere to these social distancing protocols.
We will update in-person attendees regarding mask wearing and social distancing protocols a few days prior to the event dates.
Air Filtration + Sanitization
All filtration systems within the venue have been upgraded to MERV8 Prefilter & MERV18 Rigid Box Filters. The venue will be operating in accordance with the hygiene, cleaning, and disinfection requirements from the CDC and DOH for all front and back of house areas.
Medical Emergencies + Medical Assistance
If during the event an attendee is showing COVID-19 symptoms (or symptoms on the watchlist listed above) please notify an event staff member immediately. You may also send an email to [email protected]. Upon review of the notification, our event staff will isolate the attendee and seek medical attention as necessary.
