Eric Chaffin is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Chaffin Luhana LLP, a renowned plaintiffs-only law firm specializing in product liability and catastrophic personal injury cases.

Over the years, he has secured numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts against various manufacturers in product liability cases and has played integral roles in mass tort pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, notably in the Denture Cream Product Liability Litigation in the Southern District of Florida. Before dedicating his career to plaintiffs’ cases, Mr. Chaffin served as a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in New York.

Outside of his legal work, he enjoys quality family time and is passionate about endurance sports and fishing. Notably, he’s achieved remarkable athletic milestones, including the title of Ironman All World Athlete and completing the New York City Marathon.
