Since 2012 Sandy has served as the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary for Southeastern Grocers, Inc, on of the largest Supermarket chains in the U.S. with more than 500 stores under the Winn-Dixie and Harveys brands.

His experience also includes serving as corporate counsel for Georgia- Pacific and was an associate at the law firm of Morris, Manning and Martin in Atlanta, Georgia.

Sandy began his legal career as the Director of Legal Affairs for Innovative Computing Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Corporation.

A graduate of the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma City University, Sandy is licensed to practice in Oklahoma, Georgia, and a member of the in-house counsel bar in Florida.
